EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34
PROVIDING FOR THE RANK AND EMOLUMENTS OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL
AND COMMISSIONER OF CIVIL SERVICE
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Act No. 10 to effect changes in the different ministries, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government, I, JOSE P. LAUREL. President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby order –
The General Auditing Office and the Bureau of Civil Service shall each be under a chief to be known respectively as Auditor General and Commissioner of Civil Service who shall both have the rank and emoluments of a Vice-Minister of State and shall be entitled to membership in the Council of Vice-Ministers created by Executive Order No. 3, dated October 23, 1943.
