EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 50
FIXING THE SCALE OF SALARIES OF THE NON-COMMISSIONED
PERSONNEL OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSE P. LAUREL, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby order:
1. The non-commissioned personnel of the Philippine Constabulary shall receive the following scale of salaries as base pay per month:
Master Sergeant | ₱100.00 |
First Sergeant | 90.00 |
Technical Sergeant | 90.00 |
Staff Sergeant | 90.00 |
Sergeant | 75.00 |
Corporal | 70.00 |
Superior Private | 65.00 |
Private | 60.00 |
2. The amount needed to provide the pay increases herein authorized shall be taken from the savings in the appropriations of salaries and wages of the Philippine Constabulary.
3. This Order shall take effect as of May 1, 1944, and the effects thereof shall be suspended when prices of commodities recede, hazards to life reduced, and the finances of the Government require.
