EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 17

EXTENDING THE TIME TO REGISTER MOTOR VEHICLES AND TO APPLY FOR DRIVERS’ LICENSES.

Under the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines and pursuant to existing law, the period for the renewal of the registration of motor vehicles or of license to drive any motor vehicle for the year 1942 without penalty is, upon the recommendation of the Executive Commission, hereby extended to April 30, 1942.

Done in the City of Greater Manila, Philippines, this 16th day of March, 1942.
