CONCERNING THE RECONDITIONING OF RADIO
RECEIVERS

January 7, 1943

The following regulations concerning execution of the reconditioning of radio receiver are hereby promulgated:

ARTICLE I. Anyone who owns or holds any radio receiver in the Philippines—except those who have obtained special permits from Army—shall have it reconditioned in compliance with the prescription of the Chief of the Office of Electrical Communications (Dansei Kyoku).

ARTICLE II. No radio receivers other than those that have finished the reconditioning work shall be on sale, transferred or removed within the area designated by the Chief of Office of Electrical Communications in execution of reconditioning of radio receivers.

ARTICLE III. Anyone who violates the above Article I and who refuses reconditioning without justifiable reasons, or who violates above Article II, shall be punished severely punished in accordance with the Martial Law.
