The operation of the provisions of Executive Order No. 95, dated September 27, 1942, insofar as it relates to night clubs, cabarets and dancing schools or dance halls in the City of Manila, is suspended effective August 1, 1944, and no night club, cabaret and dancing school or dance hall shall henceforth operate within the City of Manila.
SEC. 2. Any violation hereof shall be punishable by imprisonment of not exceeding two years or a fine of not more than five thousand pesos, or by both such imprisonment and fine, in the discretion of the court.
