EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 30

PRESCRIBING THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE COURSING OF OFFICIAL CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESSED TO THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE IMPERIAL JAPANESE FORCES IN THE PHILIPPINES OR TO THE MILITARY ADMINISTRATION.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines, it is hereby ordered that for the purpose of proper coordination of the work of the Central Administrative Organization and in order to have a central record of all correspondence exchanged between the Central Administrative Organization and the Military Administration, all official communications which are not of routine character pertaining to the work of any Department, addressed to the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines, or to the Director-General of the Military Administration, shall be coursed through the Office of the Chairman of the Executive Commission.

In accordance with an understanding had by this Office, all official communications coming from the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines or the Director-General of the Military Administration, addressed to the different Commissioners, or to any official of the Central Administrative Departments, which are not of routine character, will be coursed through the Office of the Chairman of the Executive Commission.
