ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1
CREATING THE NATIONAL MEMORIAL SERVICE COMMITTEE FOR THE WAR DEAD AT CAMP O’DONNELL, CAPAS, TARLAC.
For the purpose of holding a memorial service for the war dead at Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac, on November 2, 1943, there is hereby created a committee to be composed of the following:

|Mrs. Josefa Llanes Escoda||Member|
|Miss Lulu Reyes||Member|
|Miss Lourdes Alunan||Member|
|Miss Julieta Ledesma||Member|
|Mr. S. Infantado||Member and Secretary|
It shall be the duty of this committee to make all the necessary arrangements for the most appropriate way of celebrating the occasion which shall include the holding of the following ceremonies:
(a) Salute to the war dead.
(b) One minute silent meditation and prayer in honor of the war dead.
(c) Floral offering to the war dead.
(d) Singing of the “Diwa ng Bayan” (National Anthem).
The Committee herein created is authorized to appoint such sub-committees as may be deemed necessary.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-three, and of the Republic of the Philippines, the first.
