COLLECTION OF LOANS OF THE PHILIPPINE
BANKS STILL UNOPENED

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMISSION

SIR:
You are hereby instructed to issue the necessary instructions to the Philippine banks which are still unopened to take appropriate measures for collection of cash (collection of loans), provided that the expenses necessary to the collection be subjected to approval of the Military Administration and amount of cash collected shall be reported to that Office every ten days.
