CLAIMS ON HOUSES CONFISCATED AS ENEMY
September 16, 1942
Persons who can prove that houses confiscated as enemy property by the Imperial Japanese Forces are not really enemy property may file their claims with the Director General of the Military Administration from September 19 to September 25, 1942. Applications must be accompanied by the necessary document to certify the claim.
Those who fail to file their claims within the stipulated period shall be considered as having no claims whatsoever.
