ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 8
CREATING A COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE REPAIR OF THE BAMBOO ORGAN IN THE PARISH CHURCH OF LAS PIÑAS, RIZAL.
The historic bamboo organ in the parish church of Las Piñas, Rizal, is in need of immediate repair. An invaluable relic of Philippine history, this unique work of art and craftsmanship properly belongs to the nation at large and therefore the Philippine Executive Commission is taking the necessary steps to have it repaired and kept in good condition.
To this end, a Committee is hereby created composed of the following:

The Committee shall make the necessary arrangements for the repair of the bamboo organ so that it may be put in good working condition and properly conserved for posterity. The cost of the repair work shall be charged against a fund voluntarily contributed by Marquis Yorisada Tokugawa, the Chairman and members of the Executive Commission, and the Archbishop of Manila.
The Committee shall submit a report as soon as the repair work has been completed.
