INSTRUCTION CONCERNING INVESTIGATION
AND REPORT OF THE PRESENT CONDITION
OF ELECTRICAL POWER PLANTS
AND PRIME MOVERS

You are hereby instructed to make an investigation regarding the electrical generators and prime movers of all electrical enterprises and private installations in the Philippines. The report shall be made out in accordance with the following detailed items and submitted to this Administration not later than the end of the current year.

However, for power installations in use by enterprises or factories under Military control, it will be sufficient to mention only the location and purpose or the name of the concern.

(1) Power plants with internal combustion engine driven generators:
