EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 98

MAKING ALL MONEYS RECEIVED FROM THE SALE OF PUBLIC LANDS IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO ACCRUE TO THE CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 in connection with Order No. 3 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines, and upon the recommendation of the Executive Commission, it is hereby ordered that—

1. All moneys received from the sale of public lands within the City of Baguio shall accrue to and be deposited with the Treasury of the Central Administrative Organization as part of the general funds.

2. This Order shall be applicable to all sales installments receivable from purchasers of townsite lots in the said city.

3. Such provisions of existing laws as are inconsistent with the provisions of this Executive Order are hereby revoked or modified accordingly.
