EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 102

EXTENDING FURTHER THE PERIOD FOR THE REGISTRATION OF ALIENS FOR THE YEAR 1942.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 in connection with Order No. 3 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Fortes in the Philippines, and in accordance with his Proclamation dated April 1, 1942, the period for the registration of aliens under Executive Order No. 25, as amended by Executive Orders Nos. 60 and 66, for the year 1942 is, upon the recommendation o{ the Executive Commission, hereby further extended to November 14, 1942, in the case of aliens residing in the City of Manila and to November 30, 1942, in the case of aliens residing in other localities.

Done in the City of Manila, Philippines, this 31st day of October, 1942.
