EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 114

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 13 DATED MARCH 12, 1942, SO AS TO PRESCRIBE A NEW SCHEDULE OF SALARIES FOR THE OFFICIALS OF THE CITIES OF BACOLOD, CEBU AND ILOILO, AND TO REPEAL THE PROVISIONS THEREOF REFERRING TO THE ABOLISHED CITIES OF ZAMBOANGA AND TAGAYTAY.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me as Head of the Central Administrative Organization by Order No. 1 in connection with Order No, 3 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Japanese Forces in the Philippines and upon the recommendation of the Executive Commission, it is hereby ordered that—

1. Subparagraph No. 2 (c) of Executive Order No. 13, dated March 12, 1942, is hereby amended to read as follows:

“2. Maximum salary rates for officials of chartered cities:

* * * * * * *

“(c) Bacolod, Cebu, Davao and Iloilo—  
Mayor ₱3,120.00 per annum
Per diems of the members of the City Council 5.00 per session attended.
City Treasurer 2,640.00 per annum
City Fiscal 2,520.00 per annum”

2. Subparagraph No. 2 (e) of said Executive Order No. 13 is hereby repealed.
