As part of the year-long celebration of the 125th birth anniversary of President Elpidio Quirino, we are pleased to announce that the Presidential Museum and Library is now accepting reservations for the sixth installment of the Presidential Lecture Series, and the Guro to Pangulo Awards Ceremony, which will be held on September 17, 2015 at 1 in the afternoon at the Old Main Office, Kalayaan Hall, Malacañan Palace.
