An office shuttle service has been provided to employees of the Office of the President (OP) since 2003, by virtue of Memorandum Order No. 128, s. 2005 (and amended by Memorandum Order No. 288, s. 2008).
OP employees are ferried by a fleet of buses distinguished by decals, naming each after a former President of the Philippines (e.g., Aguinaldo, Quezon, Osmeña, Roxas, Magsaysay, Macapagal).
The service is designed to fit the various needs of OP employees—from transporting personnel to and from official functions, to providing a convenient way to travel from home to work and back—thus boosting the general efficiency of the office.
The shuttle service runs from Monday to Friday, along the following routes: Dasmariñas, Cavite; Tanza, Cavite; Carmona, Cavite; Fairview; and Antipolo. Stops are made along these routes, as needed—as with the Tanza route that covers SCTEX, or the Dasmariñas route that traverses Coastal Road.
While the shuttle is mainly for OP employees, exceptions are made for their immediate family members in certain cases (e.g., scheduled medical check-ups).
