Schedule

Standard operating procedures for scheduling and conduct of Museum tours

The Presidential Museum and Library is open to public tours from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12 noon, and from 1 pm to 3 pm, except public holidays. Public visitors are charged a regular fee of P50.00 for adults, and P30.00 for concessionary groups such as students and senior citizens.

An accomplished reservation form is required to secure a tour, which must be received by the Tours and Visitor Relations coordinator at least seven working days before the preferred date of tour.

For foreign nationals, a photocopy of his or her passport main page must be attached to the reservation form.

Those not included in the guest list shall not be allowed entrance to the Palace grounds.

Confirming that the request has been duly received is the responsibility of the requesting party. Approval or denial of the request can be confirmed one day before the date of visit.

Groups that are late by more than 30 minutes beyond their scheduled tour appointment shall not to be entertained. They may, however, be moved to the next available slot by the Tour Coordinator.

Visitors to the Museum are advised to adhere to a smart casual dress code. Those wearing shorts, sleeveless tops, and slippers shall not be granted entry to the Palace grounds.
